Company Settings

Company Settings allow administrators to configure the core organizational details and system-wide preferences that apply across the entire ZenDash HRM platform.

Company Information

  • Navigate to Settings > Company Info from the left navigation menu.
  • View and update the following company details:
    • Company Name: Your organization's official name.
    • Logo: Upload your company logo for branding across the platform.
    • Contact Information: Company address, phone number, and email.
    • Organization Details: Industry type, company size, and registration information.
  • Changes to company information are reflected across the entire system.

Device Management

  • Navigate to Settings > Device Management to manage organizational devices.
  • Register and track company-issued devices.
  • Configure device policies and usage rules.
  • View the device inventory and assignment history.

Check-in Time Limits

  • Navigate to Settings > Check-in Time Limit to configure time-based rules.
  • Set maximum allowed durations for different activities.
  • Configure time limits for check-in/check-out processes.
  • These settings work in conjunction with attendance policies.
