Company Settings
Company Settings allow administrators to configure the core organizational details and system-wide preferences that apply across the entire ZenDash HRM platform.
Company Information
- Navigate to Settings > Company Info from the left navigation menu.
- View and update the following company details:
- Company Name: Your organization's official name.
- Logo: Upload your company logo for branding across the platform.
- Contact Information: Company address, phone number, and email.
- Organization Details: Industry type, company size, and registration information.
- Changes to company information are reflected across the entire system.
Device Management
- Navigate to Settings > Device Management to manage organizational devices.
- Register and track company-issued devices.
- Configure device policies and usage rules.
- View the device inventory and assignment history.
Check-in Time Limits
- Navigate to Settings > Check-in Time Limit to configure time-based rules.
- Set maximum allowed durations for different activities.
- Configure time limits for check-in/check-out processes.
- These settings work in conjunction with attendance policies.
