Clear Cookies

How to Clear Cookies in Popular Browsers

Cookies are small files stored on your device by websites you visit. Clearing them can help fix website issues. Follow the instructions below for your browser and device. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, as our platform is most compatible with it.

1. Android (Chrome)​

  1. Open Chrome on your Android device.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap History > Clear browsing data…
  4. Choose a Time range.
  5. Check Cookies and site data.
  6. Tap Clear data.

2. iPhone/iPad (Safari)​

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.

3. Google Chrome (Desktop)​

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
  4. Click Clear browsing data.
  5. In the popup, select the Time range (e.g., "All time").
  6. Check Cookies and other site data.
  7. Click Clear data.

4. Mozilla Firefox (Desktop)​

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the three lines (≡) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Go to Privacy & Security on the left sidebar.
  5. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
  6. Click Clear Data…
  7. Select Cookies and Site Data and click Clear.

5. Safari (macOS/Desktop)​

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari > Settings (or Preferences).
  3. Go to the Privacy tab.
  4. Click Manage Website Data…
  5. Click Remove All to delete all cookies.
  6. Confirm by clicking Remove Now.

6. Microsoft Edge (Desktop)​

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Click Privacy, search, and services.
  5. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  6. Select Cookies and other site data.
  7. Choose the time range and click Clear now.

7. Opera Browser (Desktop)​

  1. Open Opera Browser.
  2. Click the three horizontal lines (Easy Setup) in the top-right corner, or go to the Opera Menu (top left).
  3. Select Settings (or press Alt + P on Windows, ⌘ + , on macOS).
  4. In the left sidebar, click on Privacy & security.
  5. Under Privacy, click on Clear browsing data.
  6. In the popup:
    • Choose a Time range (e.g., "All time").
    • Check the box for Cookies and other site data.
  7. Click Clear data.
