Team Monitoring
Team Monitoring provides managers and administrators with visibility into device activity and employee work patterns. It helps ensure productivity, security compliance, and proper device usage across the team.
Accessing Team Monitoring
- Navigate to Device Monitoring > Team Monitoring from the left navigation menu.
- View the monitoring dashboard for your direct reports and subordinates.
Monitoring Dashboard
- View the real-time status of all team members' devices.
- Track employee activity indicators and online/offline status.
- Monitor device health and agent connectivity.
- Filter the view by department, team, or individual employee.
Employee Device Details
- Click on an employee to view their detailed device information.
- Review activity logs, web usage, and application usage data.
- Access investigation notes for any flagged activities.
- View security alerts and escalation history.
Monitoring Configuration
- Navigate to Device Monitoring > Monitoring Config to configure monitoring settings.
- Define what activities are tracked and logged.
- Set up alert thresholds and notification rules.
- Configure privacy settings and data retention policies.
Export and Reporting
- Export monitoring data for compliance reporting or further analysis.
- Generate reports on device usage, activity patterns, and security incidents.
- Data export supports multiple formats for compatibility with external tools.
