Announcements

Announcements allow HR administrators and managers to broadcast important messages, updates, and news to the entire organization or specific groups of employees.

Viewing Announcements

  • Announcements appear on the Dashboard widget for quick visibility.
  • Navigate to People > Announcements to view the full announcements list.
  • Each announcement displays the title, content, date posted, and the author.

Creating Announcements

  • Navigate to People > Announcements and click the Create button.
  • Enter the announcement title and content.
  • Configure the target audience if applicable.
  • Publish the announcement to make it visible to employees.

Managing Announcements

  • Edit existing announcements to update their content or details.
  • Delete announcements that are no longer relevant.
  • Announcements are displayed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent at the top.
