Dashboard Overview

The ZenDash HRM Dashboard is your central hub for managing daily HR activities. It provides a customizable, at-a-glance view of key metrics, tasks, and updates, allowing you to stay on top of everything that matters.

Accessing the Dashboard​

  • After logging in, you are automatically directed to the Dashboard.
  • The Dashboard can also be accessed at any time by clicking Dashboard in the left navigation menu.

Available Widgets​

The Dashboard features a variety of widgets that can be customized to suit your needs:

  • Greeting Bar: Displays a personalized welcome message with your name, avatar, and the current date.
  • Available Leave Balance: Shows your remaining leave quota across all leave types at a glance.
  • Quick Actions: Provides shortcuts to frequently used features such as Apply Leave, Leave History, Timesheet, and Update Profile.
  • Device Status: Displays the current status of your registered device and monitoring agent.
  • Birthday Celebrations: Highlights upcoming employee birthdays within your organization.
  • Employees on Leave: Shows who is on leave today and who has upcoming scheduled leave.
  • Pending Leave Requests: For managers, displays leave requests awaiting your approval.
  • My Tasks: Lists your active project tasks and their current status.
  • Recent Activity: Shows your most recent actions and updates in the system.
  • Subordinate Activities: For managers, displays recent activities from your team members.
  • Announcements: Shows the latest organizational announcements and updates.

Customizing Your Dashboard​

  • Click the Customize button on the Dashboard to open the widget management modal.
  • Toggle widgets on or off to show only the information relevant to you.
  • Your widget preferences are saved automatically and persist across sessions.

Pinned Pages​

  • You can pin frequently visited pages to the Dashboard for quick access.
  • Use the bookmark icon in the navigation to add or remove pinned pages.
