Appraisal Overview

The Appraisal module in ZenDash HRM enables structured employee performance evaluations. It supports KPI-based scoring, periodic reviews, and performance tracking to help organizations maintain a culture of growth and accountability.

Viewing Appraisals

  • Navigate to People > Appraisals from the left navigation menu.
  • View all appraisals in a list format with employee names, review periods, and overall scores.
  • Filter appraisals by department, period, or status.

Appraisal Dashboard

  • Click on an individual appraisal to view its detailed dashboard.
  • The dashboard displays:
    • Overall performance score.
    • KPI-wise score breakdown.
    • Comments and feedback from reviewers.
    • Historical appraisal comparison.

Conducting an Appraisal

  • Select an employee and initiate a new appraisal cycle.
  • Assign the relevant KPIs to be evaluated.
  • Score the employee on each KPI based on their performance.
  • Add comments and constructive feedback for each evaluation area.
  • Submit the appraisal for review and finalization.

Appraisal History

  • View historical appraisals for any employee to track performance trends over time.
  • Compare scores across different review periods.
  • Use historical data to identify areas of improvement and recognize consistent performers.
