Payroll Overview

The Payroll module in ZenDash HRM provides comprehensive tools for managing employee compensation, generating payroll reports, and processing salary-related transactions. It ensures accurate and timely payroll management across your organization.

Accessing Payroll

  • Navigate to Payroll > Payroll Report from the left navigation menu.
  • The payroll section is available to users with payroll management permissions.

Payroll Report

  • The Payroll Report provides a detailed breakdown of employee salaries for a given period.
  • View salary components including basic salary, allowances, deductions, and net pay.
  • Filter reports by department, location, or individual employee.
  • Export payroll reports for further processing or record-keeping.

Payroll Processing Workflow

  • Ensure all attendance data has been processed for the payroll period.
  • Review and verify any pending leave requests or adjustments.
  • Generate the payroll report for the period.
  • Review the report for accuracy and completeness.
  • Finalize and approve the payroll for disbursement.

Payroll Settings

  • Navigate to Payroll > Payroll Settings to configure payroll parameters.
  • Set up payroll items, allowance types, and deduction categories.
  • Configure payroll processing rules and schedules.
