Salary Management

Salary Management allows HR administrators to configure and maintain employee compensation details, including basic salary, fixed allowances, and other payroll components.

Employee Basic Salary

  • Navigate to the employee's payroll settings to view and configure their basic salary.
  • Set the base salary amount for each employee.
  • Update salary details when changes occur (promotions, annual increments, etc.).
  • Salary history is maintained for reference and audit purposes.

Fixed Allowances

  • Configure fixed monthly allowances for employees (e.g., Housing Allowance, Transport Allowance, Meal Allowance).
  • Navigate to payroll items to create and manage allowance types.
  • Assign allowances to individual employees or employee groups.
  • Fixed allowances are automatically included in monthly payroll calculations.

Payroll Items Configuration

  • Define the various components that make up an employee's compensation package.
  • Create custom payroll items for your organization's specific needs.
  • Configure whether items are taxable, recurring, or one-time.
  • Set up deduction items such as loans, advances, or other withholdings.

Employee Payroll Settings

  • View and configure payroll settings for individual employees.
  • Assign salary structures and payroll components.
  • Set up bank account details for salary disbursement.
  • Configure tax-related information and declarations.
