Salary Management
Salary Management allows HR administrators to configure and maintain employee compensation details, including basic salary, fixed allowances, and other payroll components.
Employee Basic Salary
- Navigate to the employee's payroll settings to view and configure their basic salary.
- Set the base salary amount for each employee.
- Update salary details when changes occur (promotions, annual increments, etc.).
- Salary history is maintained for reference and audit purposes.
Fixed Allowances
- Configure fixed monthly allowances for employees (e.g., Housing Allowance, Transport Allowance, Meal Allowance).
- Navigate to payroll items to create and manage allowance types.
- Assign allowances to individual employees or employee groups.
- Fixed allowances are automatically included in monthly payroll calculations.
Payroll Items Configuration
- Define the various components that make up an employee's compensation package.
- Create custom payroll items for your organization's specific needs.
- Configure whether items are taxable, recurring, or one-time.
- Set up deduction items such as loans, advances, or other withholdings.
Employee Payroll Settings
- View and configure payroll settings for individual employees.
