Mission Control

Mission Control provides a high-level overview of all project activities and key performance indicators. It serves as the central command center for project managers and leadership to monitor project health and progress.

Accessing Mission Control​

  • Navigate to Projects > Mission Control from the left navigation menu.
  • This feature requires the Project Mission Control View permission.

Dashboard Overview​

  • View aggregate metrics across all active projects, including:
    • Total active projects and their status distribution.
    • Overall task completion rates.
    • Upcoming deadlines and milestones.
    • Resource allocation and utilization.
  • Quickly identify projects that need attention or are at risk.

Project Health Monitoring​

  • Monitor the health status of each project at a glance.
  • Identify bottlenecks, overdue tasks, and resource conflicts.
  • Drill down into specific projects for detailed analysis.
  • Track project baselines and compare planned vs. actual progress.
