Team Performance

Team Performance analytics provide insights into how your team members are performing across projects. It helps managers understand productivity patterns, workload distribution, and individual contributions.

Accessing Team Performance​

  • Navigate to Projects > Team Performance from the left navigation menu.
  • View performance metrics for your team members across all projects.

Performance Metrics​

  • Track key performance indicators including:
    • Task Completion Rate: Percentage of tasks completed on time.
    • Average Task Duration: How long tasks typically take to complete.
    • Workload Distribution: How tasks are distributed across team members.
    • Productivity Trends: Performance patterns over time.

Workload Management​

  • Navigate to the Workload view to see how tasks are distributed across your team.
  • Identify team members who are overloaded or underutilized.
  • Use workload data to make informed decisions about task assignments.
  • Balance workload across the team for optimal productivity.

Using Performance Data​

  • Use performance insights to inform project planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify top performers and areas where additional support may be needed.
  • Track trends over time to measure improvement and impact of changes.
