Project Management
The Project Management module enables you to create, organize, and track projects across your organization. It provides tools for planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
Viewing All Projects
- Navigate to Projects > All Projects from the left navigation menu.
- View all active projects with their names, status, timelines, and assigned team members.
- Use search and filters to find specific projects.
Creating a Project
- Click Create Project to start a new project.
- Fill in the project details:
- Project Name: A descriptive name for the project.
- Description: Overview and objectives of the project.
- Start Date and End Date: Define the project timeline.
- Team Members: Assign employees to the project.
- Project Manager: Designate the project lead.
- Save the project to make it active.
Project Details
- Click on any project to view its detailed dashboard.
- The project detail page includes:
- Task list and progress overview.
- Team member assignments.
- Timeline and milestone tracking.
- Activity feed showing recent updates.
- Cost tracking and budget information.
- Status updates and risk tracking.
Project Templates
- Navigate to Projects > Templates to view and manage project templates.
- Create reusable templates with predefined task structures.
- Start new projects from templates to save setup time and ensure consistency.
