Project Management

The Project Management module enables you to create, organize, and track projects across your organization. It provides tools for planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.

Viewing All Projects

  • Navigate to Projects > All Projects from the left navigation menu.
  • View all active projects with their names, status, timelines, and assigned team members.
  • Use search and filters to find specific projects.

Creating a Project

  • Click Create Project to start a new project.
  • Fill in the project details:
    • Project Name: A descriptive name for the project.
    • Description: Overview and objectives of the project.
    • Start Date and End Date: Define the project timeline.
    • Team Members: Assign employees to the project.
    • Project Manager: Designate the project lead.
  • Save the project to make it active.

Project Details

  • Click on any project to view its detailed dashboard.
  • The project detail page includes:
    • Task list and progress overview.
    • Team member assignments.
    • Timeline and milestone tracking.
    • Activity feed showing recent updates.
    • Cost tracking and budget information.
    • Status updates and risk tracking.

Project Templates

  • Navigate to Projects > Templates to view and manage project templates.
  • Create reusable templates with predefined task structures.
  • Start new projects from templates to save setup time and ensure consistency.
